Zeferino Banda Jr., President and CEO of Banda Group International, LLC, is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with more than 30 years in the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) field. He oversees all aspects of the company, which provides EH&S consulting and technical services to government organizations and Fortune 100 clients in the United States and overseas.
Mr. Banda has managed EH&S program activities for multi-million-dollar construction projects in the United States, Israel, and Ireland. His construction management experience encompasses pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, advanced technology, environmental, aviation, and government sectors. Mr. Banda has extensive experience in all aspects of EH&S services, including regulatory compliance, audits, training, as well as program development and implementation. A proven and experienced professional, Mr. Banda has successfully managed large-scale programs in a variety of industries throughout his career as a safety professional. He has supported commercial and government clients and understands how to implement all aspects of EH&S in diverse settings.
Mr. Banda holds a M.S. in Industrial Safety Management from Central Missouri State University, and a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Banda served in the United States Air Force for eight years, four of which were spent overseas.
