GCON constructed the spring training housing facility for Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers. The multistory, 68,280 square-foot facility provides housing for as many as 180 organizational players and staff, as well as classrooms and meeting spaces. The first-floor common area includes a lobby, reception desk, dining area, recreation room, and outdoor patio space. The second floor houses an auditorium, classrooms, and fitness area. The facility will be open year-round for spring training, extended training, the Arizona Rookie League, instructional league, and other team uses.
